Why walk or run?
Joining the 5k Fun Run & Walk is a way of demonstrating care for those less fortunate. It is a great teaching opportunity for the children.
“Train up a child in the way he should go and even when he is old he will not depart from it.” Prov 22:6.
Be a part of the Race to ReNew 5K and Fun Run on Saturday, September 30, 2023. It all happens at the West Lake Forest High School Campus. Race the grass LFHS Cross Country team course, then get the K-8 kids out for the Fun Run. Stick around for post-race festivities and to Renew Communities' mission is to walk alongside community leaders and residents with the goal of igniting a tipping point toward the revitalization of the community.
