Meet Josh Franklin, who seven years ago became the 1st Matthew Home owner. He and his wife Shakea are so happy they live in NorthChicago were they are raising their four children and are actively involved in their community.

FINANCIAL MODEL

  • Homes typically range from $175k to $250k (Rehab and New) 

  • As homes are sold, most of the funds are reinvested in future Matthew Homes 

  • Typical monthly loan payments average $1350 to $1700 per month

  • Free credit repair and budget counseling is available  

  • Qualified families may apply for down payment assistance 

  • Acceptance is contingent on income limits and other criteria
