Low and Middle-Income Families:

 

We are committed to helping low and middle-income families achieve their dream of owning a home. By providing affordable housing solutions, we are contributing to financial stability and improved quality of life for these families. Families Willing to Contribute: We place great value on collaboration and community involvement. Families willing to contribute their time and effort through volunteer services receive special attention. This not only fosters a sense of ownership but also strengthens our sense of community.

Priority for Those Working or Renting in North Chicago: We prioritize residents who either work or rent within North Chicago. This approach ensures that the positive impact of our housing initiatives directly benefits the local community, fostering a stronger and more vibrant neighborhood.

Community Servants: Renew Communities places a particular emphasis on supporting individuals and families who serve the North Chicago community. This includes teachers, law enforcement, firefighters, veterans, military personnel, and healthcare workers. Recognizing and prioritizing their needs is our way of expressing gratitude for their dedicated service.
